RF over Fiber
Every band of a sector, over a single fiber.
Provide the RF source for a remote DAS head-end over a fiber link, up to 10 miles away.
Built for neutral-host and multi-carrier DAS.
Each optical fiber connection transmits the multi-band radio signals of a sector, so the DAS head-end receives the complete set of bands. It’s the product behind the Intelibs Remote Fiber Link solution.
The RF over Fiber family.

-
MLU
Main Link Unit
Interfaces with the RF source equipment and converts RF signals to light for transmission over distances of up to 10 miles. Downlink runs from the MLU to the RLU.
-
RLU
Remote Link Unit
Interfaces with the DAS and converts the optical signal back to RF. Uplink runs from the RLU to the MLU.
Built for mission-critical networks.
-
Small form factor
Compact equipment for crowded head-end rooms.
-
Multi-band over one fiber
Multiple frequency bands on a single fiber connection.
-
Multi-sector with WDM
Daisy-chain configurations with WDM support multiple sectors.
System configuration.
Where it’s used.
- Feeding a remote carrier RF source to a DAS head-end
- Neutral-host DAS with carrier equipment in another room or building
- Multi-sector DAS deployments
