FEU
Front End Unit
Connects to the rooftop GPS antenna and converts the GPS radio signal to light for the BEU. Available with four GPS ports or as a compact two-port model, both in NEMA-4 enclosures.

BEU
Back End Unit
Sits next to the GPS receiver equipment, such as a BTS or server, converting the optical signal back to RF and forwarding it over coax to the receiver.

FDU
Fiber Distribution Unit
An optional unit for large installations that distributes the optical GPS signal from a single FEU to multiple BEUs.

Single-Port Front End Unit
Intelibs’ most compact GPS-to-optical converter, connecting directly to the GPS antenna for the most cost-effective GPS transport.

Single-Port Back End Unit
A compact unit that converts the optical signal back to GPS. It can be powered by the GPS receiver with 5 Vdc over the coax connection.
